Position Title 01
• Sales manager

Position Description
• Design & execute marketing initiatives to maximize unit, revenue, margin, product mix, and overall product contribution to the consumer notebook business portfolio in Russia.
• Involved in sales cycles & processes (eg pipeline identification, qualification, closing) to maximize financial results & achieve goals; remains aligned to key customers & opportunities for sales growth via providing right customer solutions
• Works with Pricing and Product teams to builds & execute operational plans for Consumer Notebooks, conducts the analysis of metrics & business performance to report business performance & provide recommendations.
• Partners marketing teams to develop & execute demand generation programs.
• Assess & mitigate risks / issues through effective contingency plans.

Position Requirements
• Minimum 2 years selling / marketing experience required; business degree is advantageous
• Keen focus on customer needs (knows how to connect with customers) with exceptional focus on business analytical skills & financial acumen.
• Experience in selling notebooks and/ or PC; understanding of PC technology & it’s practical application/contribution to customers’ requirements is preferred
• Ability to drive results through others in a complex cross-functional organization is required.  Strong negotiation and influencing skills required, as well as an ability to interact effectively with high level decision makers/executives.
• Adept at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Superior english verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of business with  Consumer Electronic Chainstores (Federal networks)  is preferred.
• Entrepreneurial self starter; excels at superior unsupervised execution.
